5 Tips About Using A Neck Brace For Sleeping

  3. Avoid any high-impact movement- Running or jogging can create further neck injury.
  4. Wear your neck support at all times- Only remove your collar when your doctor advises.

  • Keep Your Bedroom Cool and Dark - A comfortable sleeping environment with little to no light can help you get a good night’s rest.

Neck braces have the maximum effect when worn as instructed by your doctor. They can be beneficial for short-term use but may cause stiff neck muscles when worn for a longer period of time. Consult your doctor if you feel discomfort while lying down or cannot find the right position to sleep.
