No, we do not accept Medicaid, Medicare or insurance for payment. Customers can seek reimbursement for their purchases; however, it is advisable to confirm that your purchase is reimbursable prior to purchase.

During this uncertain time, HPFY has remained open and operational as a trusted provider of your health and medical needs and are doing everything we can to protect our continuity of our services.

However, as you know, the COVID-19 pandemic has created unprecedented disruption to the daily lives of people worldwide. Our partners who worked with us all these years are now facing challenges of their own.

Escalating consumer health concerns have increased customer demand, which has created a dynamic market where cost is changing day by day.


  • Backorders. To meet increased customer demand, we have sourced many of our products from alternative sources. However, despite our efforts, we are unable to predict when some of our backordered product supplies will be restored.
  • Shipping Delays and Increased Pricing. While we continue to work closely with our logistics partners, shipping times and costs regularly fluctuate, which directly impacts our customer pricing.
  • Delayed Return Processing. Returns will be quarantined and will be processed after 2 weeks. Some items by their nature are simply non-returnable. Please see our Return Policy for more information.


We will continue to monitor developments in the global COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on our supply chain and will modify our actions accordingly, all in service to the best possible customer experience and health and wellness of our customers, employees and associates.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on thousands of products 365 days a year. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via ground carriers (FedEx / UPS / DHL / USPS Priority) and usually take 5-7 business days to arrive.

If you are placing a Standard (5-7 Business Days) or Expedited (3-5 Business Days) order, please be advised that these orders will go out on the same business day if placed before 2:30 PM EST, otherwise they will be shipped on the next business day. As used herein, “business days” excludes Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

At HPFY we try our best to ship your orders within 24-48 hrs. of receiving it, however, there are circumstances where we are unable to do so. In such event, you will be informed of an estimated shipping date. All orders are subject to availability and the shipment could be delayed.

If shipping charges are greater than the fees estimated at order placement, we will contact you for approval on additional shipping charges.
Certain items like lift chairs, lifts, beds, scooters, and mattresses, cannot be shipped via Rush/Expedited Delivery due to weight or availability limitations, or customizations. For oversized/bulky items like lift chairs, power chairs and medical tables:
  • Unless the relevant product page lists alternative shipping options like Lift Gate, White Glove, or Inside Delivery (as defined under the Shipping Terms Glossary), the standard shipping charges cover only Curbside Delivery (as defined under the Shipping Terms Glossary).
  • The customer can call and request another shipping method for an additional cost, which will be quoted based on the size of the item and delivery location details like building floor and elevator accessibility.
Economy Shipping: Most orders are delivered in 7-10 business days.
Standard Shipping: Most orders are delivered in 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: The fastest option available, most orders placed before 2:30 pm EST are delivered in 3-5 business days.
Standard Curbside Delivery: Packages are delivered by the curb at the end of the customer’s driveway. The customer is responsible for getting the product off the truck in this case.
Lift Gate Curbside Delivery: Packages are delivered off the truck by the curb at the end of the customer’s driveway using a lift gate. Lift Gate is a device that helps lower or raise items off the bed of the truck which is usually 56" off the ground.
Inside Delivery:Packages are delivered to the first threshold of the customer’s home. This could be a porch, a garage or simply the front door.
White Glove Delivery: This delivery method ensures the product is brought inside the home or institution and placed where the customer desires. The packaging is then opened and removed and any assembly required is taken care of.

Enjoy the timely delivery of your medical supplies without worrying about placing an order.
It is very simple to setup auto reorder. Place an order and during checkout, select Auto-Reorder frequency, which is the frequency with which you would like to get your orders. And that's it! The system will automatically generate your order and charge your credit card for it. The complete process is extremely secure and safe.
No longer need those medical supplies? To cancel your order login to your account, click on auto reorder and then click on Cancel Setup in the list for the item you don't need anymore. Want to change the frequency of the order, or add items to your reorder? Simply send us an email.
Please login to My Account and click on the Auto-reorder section. Select and remove the products you would not like to receive anymore. Browse the website to select your new choice of product, add to cart, place an order and select auto-reorder at checkout. Your new item would be set on Auto-reorder as per your selected frequency. Please follow these steps if you need to change the size, brand or frequency of an item you are currently signed up for.
In case of credit card rejection or payment cancellation, the Auto-reorder process would be paused and the order would not be processed for shipment. The customer would be required to place a new order with new auto-reorder setup and credit card information for the Auto-order to resume going forward.

Coupon Use

HPFY reserves the right to accept, decline or limit the use of any coupon(s) or promotional codes on a single item or an entire purchase. An order with coupon or promotional code can be cancelled by HPFY due to unforeseen circumstances, technical errors or purchases deemed to be fraudulent. Additionally, prices and coupon offers are subject to change without notice.

  • Coupon can be applied only once per household.
  • Expired coupons will not be accepted
  • Some products may not qualify for discount offers due to manufacturer price restrictions, size and weight of items, or due to previously applied savings or discounts.

Return & Cancellations

1. General Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If the merchandise you received is defective or not what you expected it to be and you wish to return the item, please submit a return request in the My Account section of our website, contact our Customer Service department at (866) 316-0162 / (203) 616-2850 or  email us. Certain orders are non-returnable. Refer to the “Non-Returnable Items” section for further details.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  • Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in its original packaging.
  • Before returning any product, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a customer service representative. With your RA# you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Unless as otherwise specified herein, customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned items and risk of loss during shipment.
  • Orders returned without obtaining an RA# will be entitled to receive only "In-Store Credit" that can be used towards future purchases.
  • Return orders are subject to a 20% restocking fees.
  • Returns will be reviewed and inspected before issuing credit. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • If the return is the result of a shipping error, we will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs.
  • For defective returns, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty (see Section 6) included with the product or as detailed in the product’s description on our Website.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Your happiness is important to us, yet due to the hygiene nature of certain of our products, many of our products must be non-returnable. The items listed below are non-returnable:

  • All hygienic items.
  • Opened personal care items.
  • Anything opened, used, or tried on.
  • All customized items.
  • Items that have the “non-returnable” phrase on the website

  • We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Images on the site may not always reflect the actual product. Footrests or leg-rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified.


3. Return Request Process

You can submit a return request by logging into your account. You will receive the Return Authorization Number (RA#) details in the email within 2-3 business days.

  • Fill out the return form and Submit it
If you do not have an email address, we will make other accommodations for RA# Details. Write the RA# on your label affixed to your package prior to shipment.

4.  Refund Process Timeline

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks to process the returns.

Once the item is received, subject to satisfactory inspection, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

5.  Restocking Fees

⦁ 20% restocking fees will be applied.
⦁ Outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
⦁ For orders that qualified for free shipping, $8.99 will be deducted from the refund if the product is returned.

At HPFY, we believe in providing absolute customer satisfaction and pleasant shopping experiences. Most of the items are processed for shipment through our system within few minutes of placing the order. You can cancel your order before the product has been processed for shipment. Once the shipment is processed for departure, returns and refunds will be processed in accordance with HPFY's return policies.

International Order Returns and Refunds

Please be aware that many product warranties do not provide coverage outside of the United States, and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law. HPFY currently ships via US Postal Service, UPS Worldwide and DHL. International customers are responsible for any government-imposed customs, taxes, and levies for the relevant product purchase.
