Shipping:

While we try our best to ship your orders within 24-48 hrs of receiving it, there could be circumstances when we are unable to do so. In such an event you will be informed of an estimated shipping date. For urgent overnight orders that need to go out the same day, the order needs to be placed before 2:30 pm EST. All orders are subject to availability and the shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case we will contact you and get further instructions.

Expedited order shipping charges for Next Day and Second Day deliveries are estimated. If shipping costs are greater than estimated, we will contact you to get your approval on additional shipping charges.

Certain items like Liftchairs, lifts, beds, scooters, mattresses etc. cannot be shipped via Next Business Day / 2nd Business Day due to sheer weight, availability and customizations involved.

Return Policy:


What is HPFY’s return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind our products. If the merchandise you received is defective or not what you expected it to be, and wish to return the item, please submit a return request from my account section or contact our Customer Service department at 866-316-0162 / 203-616-2850 or email us at [email protected]

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of order. Order’s returned between 31 and 90 days will be entitled to receive only “In-Store Credit”, which can be used towards future purchases. No returns accepted after 90 days.
  2. Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition and in its original packaging.
  3. Before returning any product, buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a Customer Service representative. Orders returned without obtaining an RA# will be entitled to receive only “In-Store Credit” that can be used towards future purchases.
  4. All custom orders and items of Hygienic nature are non-returnable. Refer to the “Non-Returnable Items” section for further details.
  5. Returns will be reviewed and inspected before issuing credit. Allow 3 to 4 weeks to process the credit and it will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  6. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Return orders are subject to a restocking fee. Please see fee structure below.
  7. If return is the result of a defective product or shipping error, we will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs.

Which products are Non-Returnable?

Due to the hygienic nature of some items, they are non-returnable. The list includes items below:

  1. All hygienic items.
  2. Opened personal care items.
  3. Bath safety items unless they are unopened or in original packaging.
  4. Urinals.
  5. Anything opened, used, or tried-on.
  6. Incontinence clamps.
  7. Feminine hygiene.
  8. Opened Incontinence items.
  9. All custom items like - Hospital and adjustable beds, Mattresses, Ramps, Patient Lifts, Custom Wheelchairs etc.
  10. Besides these, items that have the “non-returnable” phrase or the image shown below:
  • HyGiene Products
  • Non Returnable

“This item cannot be returned or exchanged once opened due to hygienic reasons”

We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Images on the site may not always reflect the actual product. Footrests or leg- rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified.

How do I receive a return authorization number?

Submit a return request from My account and you will receive the Return Authorisation Number (RA#) details in the email within 2-3 business days.

  • Login to your account
  • Go to the order history
  • Click on return order
  • Fill the return form and Submit it

If you do not have an email address, we will make other accommodations for RA# Details. Write the RA# on your label affixed to your package prior to shipment.

For faster processing, please email us the Return Tracking Number.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Please allow us 3 to 4 weeks to process the returns. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Restocking Fees

  1. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  2. 15% restocking fees will be applied.
  3. Outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
  4. For orders that qualified for free shipping, $7.99 will be deducted from the refund.

International Shipping Policy:

Promotional Codes and Discounts

HPFY Promotions and discounts may not be valid on international orders and restrictions apply. Our free shipping offer does not apply to international orders.


Payment Methods

All international orders must be prepaid.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Money Orders, Bank Wire Transfers and Certified bank cashier’s checks.
Wire transfer is the quickest, most secure international payment method (wire surcharge fee applies).
Exchange rates are updated daily which may result in price fluctuation.
However, once your order is placed the exchange rate is locked in and the prices on that order will not change.
International Customers may contact HealthProductsForYou.com (HPFY) to receive a quote on the product they wish to purchase. We will email the quote upon request.


Order Returns and Refunds

International orders cannot be returned.
HPFY has a 30-day return policy on domestic (US) orders, but this is not applicable to International orders.
If the product is damaged in transit, notify us upon arrival of the product.
We will file an insurance claim with the shipping vendor so that the damaged product(s) can be replaced.
If a product is returned as unclaimed on an international shipment, shipping fees and product restocking fees will apply.
Orders will be refunded as per HPFY Refund policy.
If required orders will be cancelled as per HPFY order cancellation policy.


Customs Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and levies which may be assessed by the government upon importation of the product into the customers' respective country.
International orders confiscated by the customs or lost due to customer’s fault will not be refunded.
We do our best to label all boxes and customs forms with the text "Medical Supplies", which are usually duty-free.

However, the customs officer, who determines which Medical Supplies is duty-free and not, has full authority to charge you, the buyer for the custom duty and taxes.

Due to complex and ever changing customs policies which vary widely from country to country, we cannot guarantee the items you are ordering are permitted for import into your country.

Therefore, it is important that you first become familiar with the customs laws in your country and contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products before placing an order with HPFY.

By placing the order from healthproductsforyou.com, you accept, agree and assume any risks, charges and a cost associated with the shipment of your order and is the responsibility of the customer.

Orders that are seized or delayed by customs are the responsibility of the customer and not HPFY.

HPFY cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office.

Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for international shipping due to size and customs restrictions.


Shipping Rates

HPFY currently ships via US Postal Service and UPS Worldwide.
Buyer may use freight forwarder of their choice in which case we will ship the order to them.


Warranties

Please be aware that many product warranties do not provide coverage outside of the United States, and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law.
HPFY makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S


Transit Time

Transit time can vary between few days to weeks depending on your (buyer) location and country.
Please note that HPFY is not responsible for any delays in shipments due to flight problems, weather, customs, or any other circumstance.
In most cases products are delivered to the destination address.
However, in some countries you might be required to personally pick-up the items purchased from local authorities.
