To fit the insole:

Trim it

• Start off by aligning shoes original insole to the iMcustom insole by the heel

• Trace the original shape insole and trim

Heat it

• Insole are made to be heated and reheated

• Throw them in a microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute

• Can also be heated with a blow dryer

Mold it

• Form the insole to the bottom of the feet using the palm

• Allow to cool down for 2-3 minutes

Test it

• Go for a run or take a walk around the block to try the insoles

• If they need an adjustment, just reheat and repeat
