How to Use for Cold Therapy:

• Place the ankle wrap gel pack flat in the freezer for a minimum of two hours
• Remove from the freezer and secure in the interior pocket of the ankle wrap
• Apply to the area to be treated
• WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 20 minutes

How to Use for Heat Therapy:

• Place the ankle gel pack in the microwave on a paper towel or paper plate
• Heat on full power in 5-second increments
• Remove the pack with tongs and place within the brace or a wrapped towel before checking the warmth with a light touch
• Packs are best used when warm to the touch not extremely hot
• DO NOT touch the pack directly, only touch the covering. The pack may be extremely hot
• IMPORTANT: While heating, watch the gel pack carefully and if it starts to expand, stop heating immediately

Care Instructions:

• Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed
• Do not submerge in water or machine wash, doing so may damage the internal air bladder
