McKesson Consult Mononucleosis Cassette Test Kit is intended to aid in the early detection and diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis. Antibodies against mononucleosis heterophiles were found in whole blood, serum, and plasma. It provides a simple screening procedure. Includes a simple fingerstick for whole blood. External positive and negative quality controls aid in the production of quick results. During office visits, results for patient diagnosis are obtained. Our mononucleosis test contributes to high specificity of results. Greater than 99% accuracy.

Precautions

  • The reagents in this kit contain sodium azide. Sodium azide may react with lead and copper plumbing to form highly explosive metal azides.
