Homecraft Devon Deluxe Folding Toilet Support Rail folds up against wall when not in use and provides a secure grip when in use. It features spring mechanism which reduces the effort required to lower and raise rail and holds it securely out of the way when not needed. This long rail is epoxy-coated steel tube that attaches to a plate which is fixed to the wall.

Instructions for installation:
  • These rails should be installed by a person who has suitable qualifications and/or experience in installing this type of product, ensuring the fixtures are appropriate for the specific installation
  • All fixing holes in the wall plate or floor plate (labelled A) must be used. The rail must be fastened securely enough that it is able to support the intended user at point D. The intended user must not exceed the maximum load weight specified right
  • All of the rails can be folded up out of the way when not in use
  • It is recommended that the security of the fixings for the rail should be checked annually or more frequently, depending on usage and location of the rail.

Care and Cleaning: The rails can be cleaned with mild detergent and water.

  • Ensure that the chosen rail is suitable for use by the intended user
  • All rails should be installed by a person who has suitable qualifications and/or experience installing this type of product, who can verify that the rail is fitted correctly
  • Before each use, ensure that the rail is secure before putting weight on it.
  • On height-adjustable models, ensure the height-adjustment knob is securely tightened

What is HPFY’s return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind our products.   1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  2. Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in its original packaging.
  3. Before returning any product, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a customer service representative. With your RA# you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Orders returned without obtaining an RA# will be entitled to receive only "In-Store Credit" that can be used towards future purchases.
  5. Return orders are subject to a 20% restocking fees.
