my machine makes a weezing sound only when i breathe in and out. very annoying. i tried new mask and new hose. does not weese when if i do not breathe in or out. whats the problem

Thank you for contacting customer care service. 
It may be because of the 2 reasons 
1. Humidification is too high.
 2. Room temperature fluctuates from higher to lower levels through the night.
Remedy for above 2 reasons will be: 
1. Reduce humidifier heater setting. 
2. Increase room temperature.
