Directions for Use

1. Loosen all straps on the support. Place the buttress on the affected side of the knee (the same side that the patella is drifting toward). The brace comes in right or left versions. Right braces will work on the lateral (outside) right leg and medial (inside) left leg. Left braces will work on the lateral (outside) left leg and medial (inside) right leg
2. Pull the sleeve over the knee so that the opening at the front surrounds the knee cap. Then secure the hook and loop closure at the top of the brace
3. Position the buttress so that it is resting against the rim of the patella. Cross the two straps behind the knee, then insert them through the plastic D-rings
4. Beginning with the lower strap, attach the hook and loop closure. Lastly, apply the upper strap. Re-adjust both straps for a snug, but comfortable fit. You should feel the brace pulling the patella into a more functional position.

• To clean, hand wash in warm water with mild detergent
• Allow to air dry
• Do not put it in the dryer
