Danmar Two Step Head Support with Hensinger is mounted to standard otto bock hardware using a special adapter plate. Additionally, a Second Step head rest is added above the hensinger for increased occipital support. This combination allows a variety of angles in order to achieve the best possible position for the users head.

Postural tone may be reduced by moving the Hensinger into slight flexion and encouraging chin tuck, especially when head and neck extension rule

The vertical bar is mounted to the horizontal bars with Danmar mount brackets and screws
Better mid-line positioning can be achieved, especially in asymmetrical contoured seating systems
A sturdy leather cover wraps around the then singer adapter plate for Break away feature
Hardware is also supplied for conversion to non-breakaway head support if desired
