• Postural tone may be reduced by moving the Hensinger into slight flexion and encouraging chin tuck, especially when head and neck extension rule
• Hensinger has substantial adjustments in the vertical and horizontal planes, besides being able to be tilted laterally if desired
• Better mid-line positioning can be achieved, especially in asymmetrical contoured seating systems
• Vertical bar is mounted to the horizontal bars with Danmar mount brackets and screws
• Sturdy leather cover wraps around the hensinger adapter plate for "break away" feature
• Hardware is also supplied for conversion to a non-breakaway head support if desired

More Information

• The Hensinger has substantial adjustments in the vertical and horizontal planes, besides being able to be tilted laterally if desired. By using this design, there is more room to mount trunk support straps too. Head support must only be used after proper trunk support is achieved.
