How to use Ottobock Lumbo Sacral Brace?

1. Adjust the belt size by opening the lateral pockets and removing the lateral extensions. Cut or fold the lateral extensions to the desired length and resecure into the lateral pockets.
2. Locate the handle on the left side of the device and fasten the handle near the pulley unit.
3. While standing in an upright position, hold the side panels apart, and center the device's back panel along the spine just above the tailbone.
4. Wrap the left side panel to the front to position the front panel. Then wrap the right side panel on top of the left side panel to close. Attach both sides in front. Adjust the front or back panels as needed.
5. Pull the handle out and away from the pulley unit to reach desired compression and support. Place the handle on the fabric fastener band securely.

How to clean and care for Ottobock Back Brace?

1. Remove the rigid components.
2. The rigid components can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
3. Softgoods can be hand washed in warm water (90°F–110°F or 32°C–43°C) with mild detergent.
4. Triple rinse, squeeze, and air dry.
5. Avoid twisting the material to remove water.
