How to use ConvaTec Urological Anchoring Device?

• Ensure the area is clean, dry, and free from powder and greasy substances
• Remove the plain white backing paper from the device
• Apply the body pad adhesive to the desired location
• Remove printed backing paper from reusable tape on the top side
• Place the catheter/tube along the center of the device
• Mold both sides of the tape to the contour of the catheter/tube. Check that the tape is secure around the catheter/tube

How to remove Flexi Trak?

• Remove catheter/tube, then apply light pressure on adjacent skin while gently pulling the adhesive from the skin

Contraindications:

• Do not use on patients with a known sensitivity to acrylic adhesive or its components

Note:

• Apply only to intact skin
• Can remain in place for up to 5 days
• The tabs are resealable to accommodate repositioning of the catheter/tube
