CareFusion AirLife AsthmaCheck Peak Flow Meter Can be cleaned with soap, water and vinegar. In general, you should wash your peak flow meter in warm soapy water. Rinse it gently in clear water, then let it air dry. Never boil or autoclave

What is considered a “normal” reading will vary from patient to patient and depends on many factors (ht, wt, age, medical hx, etc). I suggest speaking with your healthcare provider, that will help more.
