    The meter is for single patient use. Do not use on multiple patients.
    - It can potentially transmit infectious diseases, even after you have performed cleaning and disinfection.
    - Always wash your hands well with soap and water before and after testing, handling the meter, lancing device, or test strips.
    - Always consult your health care professional before changing your medication based on Contour Next EZ test results.
    - If the meter is being operated by a second person who is providing testing assistance to you, the meter and lancing device should be disinfected prior to use by the second person.
    - For proper disinfection, you must keep all meter surfaces wet for 60 seconds.
    - To ensure accuracy of your blood glucose test results and accuracy of your control test results, use only Contour Next EZ control solutions.
    - The Contour Next EZ meter has not been tested by Bayer for use with any software other than diabetes management software of Bayer and is not responsible for any erroneous results from the use of other software.
    - Keep batteries away from children. Lithium batteries are poisonous. If swallowed, immediately contact your doctor or poison control center. Discard batteries according to your local environmental regulations.

I have recently started having to check my BS.  I am to do 14 days of fasting and 14 days at bedtime.  How do I switch from fasting to bedtime on the meter so my MD can tell the difference when she downloads the information?

Thankyou for contacting Customer Service. There is a sign of an apple which means "Pre-meal result marker" and there is another sign of an eaten apple which means "Post-meal result marker". So you need to choose "Pre-meal result marker" for the first 14 days when you are fasting and "Post-meal result marker" for the next 14 days at bedtime. Hope I was able to answer your query up to your satisfaction.

What is HPFY’s return policy?

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  2. Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in its original packaging.
  3. Before returning any product, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a customer service representative. With your RA# you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Orders returned without obtaining an RA# will be entitled to receive only "In-Store Credit" that can be used towards future purchases.

How do I receive a return authorization number?

You can submit a return request by logging into your account. You will receive the Return Authorization Number (RA#) details in the email within 2-3 business days.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Is there any Restocking Fees?
