How to clean Invacare Perfecto2 Oxygen Concentrator Filters?

1. Remove the filter and clean as needed. Environmental conditions that may require more frequent inspection and cleaning of the filter include, but are not limited to: high dust, air pollutants, etc.
2. Clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner or wash with a mild liquid dish detergent (like Dawn) and water
3. Rinse thoroughly
4. Thoroughly dry the filter and inspect for fraying, crumbling, tears, and holes
5. Replace filter if any damage is found
6. Reinstall the filter in oxygen concentrator machine

How to maintain Perfecto2 O2 Filter Kit?

• Do not clean the filter with alcohol and alcohol-based products (isopropyl alcohol), concentrated chlorine-based products (ethylene chloride), and oil-based products (Pine-Sol, Lestoil) or any other harsh chemical agents
• Only use mild liquid dish detergent (such as Dawn)
• Do not operate the oxygen concentrator without the filter installed or with a dirty filter
• Every 3 years of continuous use clean, check and replace the filter
