- Turn the Pain Therapy System PRO on by pushing down on the power switch that is located on the right-hand side of the device.
- Slowly increase the intensity until you feel the most soothing and relaxing action. The stimulation is extremely effective because it works from the inside out by helping to release the nerve and then relaxing the muscles. Press the ‘+’ button to increase the intensity and the ‘-’ button to decrease the intensity.
- You can select from seven different modes based on whether you like a very deep vigorous massage or a very gentle, calm massage.
