Parker Spectra 360 Electrode Gel is a salt and chloride-free electrically conductive gel, recommended for all electro-medical procedures. Salt-free characteristic makes it particularly suitable for long-term applications. It differs significantly from all other electrically conductive media. Spectra 360 Electrode Gel works by wetting the skin, thereby reducing skin resistance.

When to use Parker Electrode Gel?
Spectra 360 is recommended for all electromedical procedures (except defibrillation), including ECG, TENS, monitoring, and can be used on pediatric patients.
Directions to use Electrode Gel
Refer to the Instructions For Use of electrodes, TENS unit, or other device being used for information on how Spectra 360 should be used with their product. Spectra 360 is water soluble and can be removed using a moistened soft cloth.
Handling: No special handling required. Spectra 360 is non-flammable and non-corrosive
Storage Store at ambient temperature. Protect product from direct sunlight
Contraindications: Spectra 360 is not indicated for defibrillation procedures
Warnings: Do not use on patients with a known history of sensitivity to parabens
Precautions:
- For external use only on intact, unbroken skin
- Discard product if the package is damaged or evidence of contamination is present
- To avoid contamination of product, the tube container tips should not come into contact with patient, staff or instruments
- First Aid Measures:
- Inhalation: Move to fresh air immediately. If experiencing difficulty breathing, seek medical attention.
- Skin contact: In the case of skin irritation or allergic reactions, wash with soap and plenty of water. See a physician.
- Eye contact: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
- Ingestion:
- If accidentally swallowed, obtain immediate medical attention
- Clean mouth with water and drink afterward plenty of water
- Do not induce vomiting without medical advice
- Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person
