How to use Tri-Core Water Filled Pillow?

For best results: Fill with distilled water only, do not overfill.

1. Flip up tabs on the cap and twist the cap to remove it.
2. Fill the water chamber with distilled water.
3. Hold the water chamber vertically and fill to the desired level of support using the guide at the side of the water chamber.
4. Screw cap securely to prevent leaking.
5. Use cloth or paper towel to absorb excess water around the fill port.
6. Place water chamber in pillow pocket and zip close.

How to clean and care for Tri-Core Water Pillow Adjustable Cervical Support Pillow?

• Pillow:
  • Remove water chamber, and zip cover closed.
  • Machine wash using warm water, mild detergent, no chlorine additive, gentle cycle.
  • Run through rinse cycle twice and spin feature at least twice to get as much moisture out as possible.
