It acts as a long-lasting antimicrobial barrier by inhibiting development of common bacteria as well as antibiotic resistant strains and fungi. The Silver-Sept Hydrogel Dressing maintains its antimicrobial properties for up to 3 days and does not discolor any tissue or leave stains.
