How to use TriggerPoint Grid Ball?

• Identify the muscle area with tension or pain.
• Place the GRID Ball under the targeted muscle while sitting or lying down.
• Use your body weight to apply pressure on the ball, adjusting to your comfort level.
• Gently roll back and forth over the tight area for 30-60 seconds.
• When you find a particularly tight spot, hold the position for 20-30 seconds to release the tension.
• Move to other tight spots and repeat the process.
