The Skil-Care Perimeter Guard Mattress prevents roll-off when rails are lowered for added safety and peace of mind. It is constructed of Pressure-Check foam which includes nearly 400 separate foam sections that react individually to achieve the weight distribution patients require for reduced interface pressure.
