Flex-A-Bed Side Rails

After ordering this product I found it was not what I needed nor could I use it. Paid 60.00 plus dollars to get it shipped quickly took three days by then it was too late. Tried to return but was not sent the return label as expected but told I needed to take photos and email them to the claims department. I am taking care of my aging mother and can not deal with this nonsense. This company needs to take hints from Amazonâand now! They want a review! Here it is!

These were not the rails I received. They do fit my Flexabed thankfully, but they aren't what I was expecting.
