How to use Platform Attachment for Crutches and Walkers?

• Determine which side of the platform attachment will be used.
• Attach armrest and handle to vertical platform post using the supplied bolts and adjustment.
• Place both platform clamps on the vertical platform post with the longer clamp on first (top).
• Loosely attach the bottom (smaller) clamp to the lower horizontal walker crossbar.
• Loosely attach the top (large) platform clamp to either the upper horizontal walker crossbar or over the top bar handle.
• Adjust the platform post to the desired height. Tighten both clamps carefully, adjusting both sides of the clamps equally.
• Adjust arm support and handle to increase patient comfort and support. Tighten all adjustment knobs to ensure patient safety.
• Larger upper bracket fits over the handle of the walker.
• Smaller bottom bracket is placed over the bottom cross brace of the walker.
• Tighten both brackets securely when the desired height is achieved
