How to use Hoyer Lift Sling?

  • Side the back support behind the patient
  • Loop the leg straps around patient's leg
  • Attach straps to lift cradle
  • Raise the patient

Hoyer Patient Lift Sling Washing Instruction:

  • Machine wash warm or cold.
  • Air dry or very low dryer heat.
  • Do Not Use Bleach. Do not wash with other colors.
  • Remove bars before washing.
  • The bars and seat hangers of the two-piece slings are not removable.
  • It is recommended that these be hand washed.

Received Bestcare sling yesterday & used this am but without any clear pictoral or written application instructions for the 4 point padded sling without head support.  The "instruction sheet" in the box, shows 6 point application slyle not a 4 point and the "instruction for a current version can be found at www.grahamfield .com " does NOT give info for my sling...SL-HC70000.

Does the back support strap go over 2 points of the lift or just 1 point?? If just 1 point (on each side), which point should it go onto?? ((the back point or the middle point?)  The pictures are all for a 6 point sling (and too small to see detail).

U shaped design makes Bestcare Hoyer Compatible Slings easy to put on and adjust the sling with a patient in seated position. Padded reinforced head support ends at the base of the head. Sling slides behind the back, then leg supports are wrapped around the thighs and between the legs. Patient can hold their arms inside or outside the sling. Polyester fabric is comfortable against the skin.

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  2. Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in its original packaging.
  3. Before returning any product, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a customer service representative. With your RA# you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Orders returned without obtaining an RA# will be entitled to receive only "In-Store Credit" that can be used towards future purchases.
  5. Return orders are subject to a 20% restocking fees.

How do I receive a return authorization number?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
