Serene Innovations CentralAlert Door Hanger With Door Knock Sensor is easy to use, just hang it on your door knob or handle. It is ideal for hotel room or bed room applications. Safe and secure since there is no visible part outside the door. It detects the vibrations from knocks on the door and sends alert to the CentralAlert receiver to notify you when someone is knocking on the door. Ideal for both home and hotel stay applications.

More Information

  • Assembly Instructions:
    - Remove protective films (blue or other color) from door-hanger plastic
    - Affix CA-DX on the front of plastic (even with the bottom edge) with two 1"
    x 1" sponge tape
    - Affix grey color sponge on the back side of door-hanger plastic (0.5" from the bottom edge). Its purpose is to protect CD-DXH against door slamming
    - Affix provided instruction sheet on the plastic (place slightly above CA-DX)
    - Install battery in CA-DX and turn on unit. Confirm sensitivity adjustment (on the lower corner of the circuit board) is pointing toward its 3 O;clock position (Note: Maximum sensitivity is pointing at 4 O;clock)
    Note: CA-DXH may be registered with a hotel kit CA-360 system or CARX remote receiver
