Sammons Preston Long Scrub Sponges are white plastic handles with polyfoam sponges. The extra-long handle allows you to reach hard-to-reach areas like your back or feet without bending or reaching. The Long Scrub Sponges are intended to assist people with limited or decreased mobility in bathing more independently. To exfoliate the skin, the loofah sponge has a synthetic "loofah" on one side and a polyfoam sponge on the other. The soft foam sponges are treated with an antibacterial agent to inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria, thereby extending the sponge's life.
