What is PrimaFit?

Sage PrimaFit External Urine Management System For Females features an innovative urine management system that acts as a transition from indwelling catheters to independent continence. PrimaFit is designed to address the factors required to effectively manage urinary incontinence i.e. fit, securement, and performance.

  • Flex-Fit Core contours to patient anatomy and maintains shape for the duration of use
  • It’s an alternative to incontinence pads and diapers, which can lead to skin breakdown and incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD).
  • In some cases, your PrimaFit may even replace an indwelling catheter, which is the #1 risk factor for catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTI).

Why choose Sage PrimaFit External Urine Management System For Females?

  • PrimaFit was designed for females to help manage urinary incontinence
  • Sure-Stay Silicone Adhesive Pad keeps device in place
  • Ultra-Soft Wicking Fabric absorbs and diverts urine away from skin
  • Primafit External Catheter has Tapered End Cap gently fits in perineal area to secure device in position
  • Tiered Connection Port allows for easy connection to hospital tubing

What to buy with PrimaFit External Female Urinary Catheter?

Note: The PrimaFit Catheter System does not function without a suction canister and tubing. These items are sold separately and if you do not have them, kindly shop for them from the following categories -

How does PrimaFit Female Condom Catheter work?

When properly positioned, PrimaFit’s ultrasoft wicking fabric absorbs and diverts urine away from the patient’s skin. Urine is then absorbed into the system’s core and suctioned into a collection canister, helping keep the skin dry and addressing a risk factor of incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD).
