• Directions for Use:
  - Must be consumed in conjunction with natural protein, fluid and other nutrients in quantities prescribed by a physician or dietitian to meet protein and general nutrition requirements.
  - Recommended intake of UCD Anamix Junior is dependent on age, body weight and medical condition of the individual. Intake is adjusted to maintain normal growth and development. For accuracy, weigh on a gram scale. The daily intake should be divided into equal portions and distributed throughout the day.
• Mixing Instructions:
  - Best served chilled with meals.
  - Pour the required volume of cold water into a glass or cup.
  - Add the prescribed amount of UCD Anamix Junior powder to the water and stir. For accuracy it is recommended to use a gram scale.
• It is recommended that UCD Anamix Junior be prepared at a 1 to 3.5 dilution. This dilution is a guideline only. An alternative dilution may be recommended by a clinician or dietitian (e.g. drink or paste). If given in a more concentrated form, water or diluted drinks should be offered at the same time.
