Opening and Closing

1. Open and close by moving the handle located on the lower half of the Sidestepper
2. In the open position, the handle should be horizontal and rest on the lower cross-brace
3. In the closed position, the handle should be vertical, and the two halves of the frame should be folded against each other
4. Be sure that the handle is in contact with the lower cross brace before using

Height Adjustment

1. Adjust the Sidestepper so that when the arm is extended, the handle is at wrist height
2. Depress the spring button and slide the leg up or down
3. Engage the spring button into the hole that provides the correct height
4. Repeat for each leg, making sure Sidestepper sits level
