How to Use Hely & Weber Double Back LSO System

1. Stand in a comfortable position, and loosen all the straps in the back and front
2. Center the brace on the spine with the back panel on your lower back and front panel on your abdomen
3. Fasten the front strap ensuring a comfortable and snug fit and adjust the compression level according to your preference
4. Pull on the dual side pulls to fasten the back brace and adjust the straps accordingly to provide proper support
5. Once the brace is properly secured, make sure that it is not too tight and does not cause discomfort
6. Lastly, at the end of the day undo all the straps and gently remove the brace
