It has convenient dual volume settings: 70dB and 90dB The delay function allows for a 0 or 2-second delay to reduce the likelihood of false alarms with restless users. The reset button on side of the monitor silences and resets the alarm. The remote alarm option allows the caregiver to silence the local alarm and sound the alarm remotely through the nurse call system (Adapter Cable and Splitter sold separately). It requires one 9V battery (not included). It comes with a protective boot cover to prevent damage if dropped.
