How to use DonJoy Tru-Pull Lite?
1. Slide the leg through the sleeve and pull up into position on the leg so that the patella opening is aligned off-center to the lateral (outside) side of the knee. This will allow the buttress to come in direct contact with the lateral edge of the patella.
2. Ensuring that the buttress is against the skin and lined up on the lateral edge of the patella, wrap the bottom strap around the calf affixing the strap to the hook and loop closures. Follow the same procedure for the top strap.
3. For additional pull on the patella, you can pull both straps at the same time and affix them to the hook and loop.
4. The desired amount of pull on the patella can be regulated by the amount of tension on the straps.
5. Strap length can be adjusted by releasing the strap end from the back of the strap and adjusting it to the desired length.
6. Hinges can be removed from their stay casing by slipping them through the slot on the inside top portion of the hinge casing
