DeRoyal LMB Dynamic Wrist Extension with MP Flexion, Thumb Abduction, and IP Extension Assist is ideal for use in post-fracture, crush, or nerve injuries. This Orthosis has fully adjustable tension at the wrist and MP joints. It dynamically extends the wrist and finger IP joints and assists the thumb in abduction/extension. The thumb piece can be removed if not needed.
