SenSura Click Two-Piece Opaque Closed Pouch with filter is a two-piece system with a mechanical coupling for extra reassurance. A mechanical coupling mechanism holds the pouch tightly attached to the baseplate. Without removing the pouch from the baseplate, it can be rotated into the desired location until it is locked into place. The pouch can be removed separately from the SenSura double-layer barrier, allowing the pouch to be changed more frequently than the adhesive barrier.

How to use Coloplast 2-Piece Opaque Closed Pouch?

Preparation of 2-Piece Ostomy Bag

  1. Cut a hole in the baseplate to fit the exact size and shape of the stoma using a pair of small curved scissors and the cutting guide on the baseplate. You can use the enclosed stoma measuring guide to measure the size and shape of the stoma. An exact fit between the hole and the stoma is important to reduce the risk of leakage and skin problems.
  2. Thoroughly clean the stoma and the surrounding skin area. The skin must be completely dry before application of the baseplate.

Application of Sensura Closed Ostomy Pouch

  1. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive.
  2. Align the baseplate around the stoma and apply pressure to the baseplate to ensure fast adhesion and a perfect fit between the adhesive and the skin around the stoma. The adhesive must fit snugly around the stoma. To prevent leakage it is important to ensure a tight seal around the stoma. When applying pressure to the baseplate on the abdomen, begin in the area around the stoma and press the adhesive to the skin. Run a finger all the way around the stoma to ensure that the adhesive seals. Smooth the adhesive down, starting from the stoma and moving outwards to the edges, to ensure that the adhesive has made full contact with the skin.
  3. Ensure the baseplate is dry and clean (When cleaning the baseplate only use water). Make sure that the lock ring is open. Position the bottom of the bag coupling at the bottom of the baseplate coupling.
  4. Press the bag and the baseplate together at the bottom with your middle fingers.
  5. With your index fingers apply gentle pressure to the top of the coupling until you feel the bag is correctly positioned to the baseplate.
  6. Close the lock ring by pressing the lock together. The bag is securely attached to the baseplate when you hear a 'click'.

Removal of Coloplast Two-Piece Closed Pouch

  1. Remove the bag by opening the lock ring by pressing the small tab facing your stomach with a fingertip.
  2. Hold onto the removal ear and remove the bag by carefully pulling the bag away from the baseplate.
  3. Gently remove the baseplate by pulling the removal ear on the baseplate away from the stomach and roll the baseplate slowly downwards. Apply light pressure on your skin with your free hand to help it remove.

Disposing of Sensura Ostomy Pouch

  1. The product is intended for single use only and should be disposed of in accordance with local guidelines, e.g. with normal household waste.
  2. Do not flush the product down the toilet.

Filter label

  1. If required, to prevent gas from escaping, place one of the enclosed filter labels on the filter.

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  2. Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in its original packaging.
  3. Before returning any product, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a customer service representative. With your RA# you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Orders returned without obtaining an RA# will be entitled to receive only "In-Store Credit" that can be used towards future purchases.
  5. Return orders are subject to a 20% restocking fees.
  6. All custom orders and hygienic items are non-returnable. Refer to the “Non-Returnable Items” section for further details.
  7. Returns will be reviewed and inspected before issuing credit. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  8. If the return is the result of a defective product or shipping error, we will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs.

Which products are Non-Returnable?

Due to the hygienic nature of some items, they are non-returnable. The items listed below are non-returnable:

  5. Besides these, items that have the “non-returnable” phrase on the website.

We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Images on the site may not always reflect the actual product. Footrests or leg-rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified.

How do I receive a return authorization number?

You can submit a return request by logging into your account. You will receive the Return Authorization Number (RA#) details in the email within 2-3 business days.

If you do not have an email address, we will make other accommodations for RA# Details. Write the RA# on your label affixed to your package prior to shipment.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks to process the returns. Once the item is received, and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Is there any Restocking Fees?
