How to use Polar Care Hip Gel Wrap?

• Remove wrap and insert gel packs into pockets.
• Place wrap over affected hip.
• Attach with tab and secure shorter strap around the thigh to hold in place.

• Adjust straps accordingly for comfort.
• Never apply a frozen or heated pack directly onto the skin.
