How to assemble EZ2 Pool Power Lift

1. Insert the 1.90" [48mm] mast assembly into the deck anchor. The square mast tube will remain above the deck approximately 1/2"
2. Connect the lifting arms to the mast and tighten the nylock nuts
3. Connect the actuator to the mast and lifting arm and tighten the nylock nuts
4. Connect the swivel to the lifting arm and tighten the muts
5. Connect the hanger bar to the swivel and connect the chains to the hanger bar
6. Connect the sling bars to the quick links and adjust the chains on the hanger bars according to your required height
7. Connect the turn bar to the mast and be careful not to overtighten the bolts as it can cause damage
8. Lastly, with the lift fully assembled and anchored, run the lift out and back in 3 to 4 times without weight for the lifts break in cycle

Warning and Precautions

• Do not permit children to use this product unless they are closely supervised at all times
• Always advised to keep first aid handy whenever required so they can be immediately used
• No jumping or diving from the lift
• Seat may be hot, use caution when entering
• Keep covered when not in use. Inspect and clean before use
• Do not store lift in pump room or near chemicals
• When cleaning the lift, do not spray water directly on control box or battery
• Use only fresh water to wash your lift. Do not wash with pool water
• Use only clean, soft, non-abrasive cloths on your lift
