Alimed Freedom XPE Half Insoles are the only semi-rigid orthoses that do not compress, change shape or bottom out during normal use. XPE Insoles are also an excellent foundation for custom-made orthotics. When long life and functional control are your primary goals, XPE Insoles are the way to go. Insoles can be easily customised by glueing or grinding. For pronation or supination control, pair insoles with 2° or 4° wedges.
