Directions to Apply

  • Wear brace over socks. Loosen laces and pull the support up over the foot with the heel in the opening in back.
  • Tighten the laces from bottom to top. The support should fit snug but not so tight to restrict circulation.
  • Retighten for an even and comfortable fit.
  • Wear inside a comfortable or athletic-type shoe.

Care Instructions

  • Hand wash in cold water with mild soap.
  • Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring).
