Coloplast SenSura Click EasiClose WIDE Two-Piece Maxi Opaque Drainable Pouch is a 2-piece appliance with a mechanical coupling for extra reassurance. Mechanical coupling can also be repositioned to enable easy handling whether the user is left or right-handed. It features Xpro adhesive that offers extra protection against aggressive output. The pouch is attached securely to the barrier by a mechanical coupling system. Its integrated filter neutralizes odor. SenSura Click Ostomy Bag is comfortable and provides optimal discretion to the user. This pouch is not made with natural rubber latex.

How to use SenSura Click EasiClose 2-Piece Ostomy Pouch?

  1. Cutting -
    • Trace the size and shape of the stoma on the tracing guide
    • Cut the hole to fit the size and shape of the stoma
    • To reduce the risk of leakage and skin problems it is very important that the hole in the adhesive fits perfectly around the stoma
    • Cutting is easier if you use a curved pair of scissors
    • Ensure that the skin is clean and dry before you proceed with the application of your base plate.
  2. Removal of protective film -
    • Place a thumb on the white tab on the adhesive
    • Pull the blue release tab away from the adhesive to remove the protective film.
  3. Application of the base plate -
    • Apply the adhesive around the stoma, to ensure a perfect fit around the stoma
    • To ensure a perfect fit around the stoma, press firmly against the skin starting at the bottom and smoothing upwards with your fingers
  4. Application of the pouch -
    • Ensure the lock-ring is open. Press the pouch and base plate together starting at the bottom.
    • Make sure the pouch is securely positioned on the coupling. The pouch may be turned to the optimal position.
  5. Locking of the coupling -
    • Close the lock-ring. When you hear a click, the pouch is securely locked to the base plate.
  6. Removal of pouch and base plate -
    • The pouch - Open the lock-ring by pressing the small tab with a fingertip. Hold on to the top of the pouch. Remove the pouch from the base plate by pulling the pouch away.
    • The base plate - Grab the white removal ear and pull downwards slowly

How to use SenSura Click Two Piece Pouch with EasiClose Outlet?

  1. Close the outlet before use Place the pouch on a table or a flat surface so the coupling faces downwards
  2. Fold the bottom part upwards and close the outlet just like an envelope
  3. Fold the outlet twice until you see the velour plate. Seal the outlet by folding the hook (Velcro) ears onto the velour plate and press firmly.
  4. Opening of pouch Lift both hooks (Velcro) ears off the velour plate. Unfold the outlet in the desired position for emptying the pouch.
  5. Emptying of pouch Allow the contents to run out while controlling the emptying with fingers.
  6. Cleaning of the outlet Use a tissue or dry wipe and fold it around the outlet tip. Clean the outlet in one sliding movement away from the body.
  7. Fold the small plate backward so only the large plate is visible. Clean the edge. The outlet is now clean and ready to be closed again.
  8. Re-closing of the outlet Bend the lowest small plate up and over the large plate. Fold the outlet over the upper large plate at full width. Roll the outlet by folding a total of 3 times. Seal the outlet by folding the hook (velcro) ears onto the velour plate and press firmly.
  9. Cosmetic closing of the outlet The whole closing system can be folded up under the soft fronting and attached to the velcro dot. The pouch will become more discreet.

  2. Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in its original packaging.
  3. Before returning any product, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a customer service representative. With your RA# you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Orders returned without obtaining an RA# will be entitled to receive only "In-Store Credit" that can be used towards future purchases.
  5. Return orders are subject to a 20% restocking fees.
  6. All custom orders and hygienic items are non-returnable. Refer to the “Non-Returnable Items” section for further details.
  7. Returns will be reviewed and inspected before issuing credit. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  8. If the return is the result of a defective product or shipping error, we will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs.

Which products are Non-Returnable?

Due to the hygienic nature of some items, they are non-returnable. The items listed below are non-returnable:

  3. Anything opened, used, or tried on.
  4. All customized items.
  5. Besides these, items that have the “non-returnable” phrase on the website.

We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Images on the site may not always reflect the actual product. Footrests or leg-rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified.

How do I receive a return authorization number?

You can submit a return request by logging into your account. You will receive the Return Authorization Number (RA#) details in the email within 2-3 business days.

  • Click on “return order”
  • Fill out the return form and Submit it

If you do not have an email address, we will make other accommodations for RA# Details. Write the RA# on your label affixed to your package prior to shipment.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks to process the returns. Once the item is received, and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Is there any Restocking Fees?

  1. 20% restocking fees will be applied.
  2. Outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
  3. For orders that qualified for free shipping, $8.99 will be deducted from the refund if the product is returned.
