How to use Aeromat Ball Chair for Office?

Due to the nature of the fitness ball material, the following instructions should be followed to ensure optimum performance.

1. Initially, pump your fitness ball to its tightest level, where it can inflate no further.
2. Let the ball sit for at least 12 to 24 hours, and then inflate the ball to the desired size.
3. Repeat if necessary.
4. After inflating to the desired size, visually inspect the ball for any abnormalities, such as uneven or punctured surfaces.

Things to consider while using Yoga Ball Chair

• Aeromat fitness balls are made of burst-resistant materials and are not puncture-proof.
• They are not warranted against punctures but are designed to protect against sudden deflation upon puncture.
• Aeromat fitness balls are only used for stretching exercises to improve flexibility.
• It is not recommended for combined usage with body/arm weight-lifting training, standing/jumping off of balls, etc.
