You are the one person in the world who knows exactly what you need. Your body intuitively knows what you require and all it takes is for you to stop and listen. You are only at your best meeting all of your basic needs and taking care of yourself.
Music soothes more than the savage beast. Studies find music activates parts of the brain that produce happiness – the same parts activated by food or sex. It’s also relaxing.
This is probably the most important. The people in our lives make us who we are, and we need to take the time to make them feel important. Give them gifts from time to time, it can be as simple as baking a batch of cookies to share with your family and friends. Giving makes us feel good!
In other words, channel your inner child. Children are innately creative, curious & happy. Think about your days in the sandbox or your finger-paint masterpieces. Think back to your childhood and channel your inner child.
