How to wear Tena ProSkin Super Incontinence Brief?

  • Lay out the briefs on a flat surface, with the absorbent side facing up and the tabs on each side.
  • If you are assisting someone else, help them lie down on their back or have them sit comfortably on a chair or wheelchair, whichever is more convenient and safe.
  • If the wearer requires cleaning, use wipes or other appropriate cleansing products to gently clean the perineal area (the genital and anal area). Ensure that the area is thoroughly dry before proceeding.
  • If the wearer is lying down, gently lift their legs or ask them to lift their legs one at a time to allow easy access to slide the briefs underneath.
  • Carefully slide the TENA Stretch Super Briefs under the wearer's buttocks. Ensure that the back of the brief aligns with the lower back and that the front of the brief covers the front of the abdomen.
  • Starting with one side, pull the tab over to the front of the brief and attach it securely to the landing zone on the front of the brief. Repeat the process with the other side, making sure the tabs are snug but not too tight to avoid discomfort.
  • Once the briefs are securely fastened, adjust the fit if needed. Ensure that the leg gathers are snug but not too tight to prevent leakage.
  • Ensure that the wearer feels comfortable and that the briefs fit properly. There should be no gaps or spaces around the legs or waist.

How to measure TENA Stretch Super Briefs?


  • Measure around your waist at the fullest part of your torso (at or below the belly button). Record that number.
  • Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. Record that number.
