• All screws are countersunk into the bottom supports and into the top slats

• Battens are 1/4" rounded on the edge of each top batten to assure comfort
• Edges and corners have a 1/4" round over and are hand and machine sanded twice for a smooth finish
• Narrow drainage gaps to assure a comfortable surface for bare feet
• All mats are built on 3/4" x 3/4" solid teak supports
• Anti-bacterial rubberized strips are bonded to each teak support to assure the mat stays in place

Cleaning Instructions for Teakworks4u Products

• Cleaning can be done in your shower or outdoors if you want to move everything out there for more room
• Do not use a powder washer 
• For quick cleaning:
  -simply apply water with a soft bristle brush in the shower area and lightly scrub the teak surface with a soft bristle brush. Then rinse the teak surface with clean water and wipe dry.
• For deep cleaning:
  -We recommend a commercial teak cleaner to remove any mild dew or discolorations that have accumulated. These cleaners would not strip the wood of its natural oils and non-slip characteristics.
