  1. Attach the cannula to the oxygen source with a tube.
  2. Set the oxygen flow to the level prescribed by a physician.
  3. Turn on the device and ensure oxygen flows through uninterrupted.
  4. Insert the nasal prongs into the nostrils with the curve facing down.
  5. Draw the tubes over ears and comfortably rest against cheekbones.
