• Use Instructions:
  - Place this tapered wedge against the side lying resident with the vertical side facing the rails. Note that this side has the two shorter cut-offs. It is recommended that the resident should be turn every 2 hours or shorter if necessary. A healthcare professional should check for reddening of the skin at least every 8 hours and if reddening does occur a wound care professional should be consulted.
   
• Care Instructions:  This foam wedge may be subjected to limited launderings as long as it is placed in a laundry bag maintaining a temperature less than 150 degree F (66 degree C)
