How to use Medi Butler Stocking Application Aid?

• Stand the medi Butleron a firm surface with thebroader side of the basefacing you, and the opening inthe semicircular frame(stirrup) facing away fromyou.
• Lay the compressionstocking in the stirrup withthe toe of the stocking facingforwards. Turn the top of thestocking inside out and overthe frame
• Slide the stockingdown the stirrup until theheel pocket appears at theedge of the stirrup
• Place the medi Butleron the floor, if it is not therealready. Slip your foot, toesfirst, into the toe of thestocking. It is recommendedthat you lean or hold ontosomething firm for stabilization (e.g. table, wall, or chair)
• Now step into themedi Butler. Adjust the toeand heel pocket material ifnecessary
• By alternating pullingand releasing the two handlesof the medi Butler, slide thestocking up your leg towardsthe knee
• When the stocking isjust below the knee, tilt themedi Butler slightlybackwards and remove it
• To finish applyingyour stocking, slide thecompression stocking evenlyup your leg. Ease the stockingup bit by bit without pullingon the top band
