How to use Combination Padded Transfer Bench and Commode?

• Remove contents from carton.
• Lay transfer bench upside down on a flat surface.
• Attach leg with the large suction cup by depressingthe brass push pin and inserting into the receptacle.Repeat for second leg
  Note: These legs are inserted into the same side thatthe arm support will be.
• Attach leg with small rubber tip by depressing brasspush pin and inserting into the receptacle. Repeat forsecond leg.
• To assemble backrest, insert pole into backrestsupport by depressing push pin and sliding intoreceptacle. Repeat for second pole
• Insert backrest into base by depressing push pinsand sliding supports through both receptacles.Note: backrest must go through both sets ofreceptacles to become secure
• Turn transfer bench right-side-up. Attach armrestby depressing brass push pins and sliding into the armreceptacle on the side of the bench. Make sure thearm arcs outward, not inward
• Slide commode bucket into hanging metal bars andaffix hooks over back support bars to secure in place
• Place legs with suction cups into bath tub
  Note: Pull Tab on the suction cup to release from the tub.Adjust legs to the need of the patient.The transfer bench/commode is best used when thebench is level.
