Lateral J Support and Patella Stabilizer Features

• Lateral J Support:
• - Pull-on sleeve that features a J-shaped buttress for interior and lateral patella position
  - Strapping is positioned for lateral-to-medial pull
  - With medial and lateral spiral stays for support
• Patella Stabilizer:
  - Two-sleeve design for multi-directional support of the patellar/femoral joint
  - The C pad is attached to Neoprene sleeves via snaps to allow positioning as needed
• Latex free

Contraindications:

• Not for use with severe edema
• Not for people who have an allergic reaction to neoprene or who have a tendency to develop dermatitis
• Not for use over open wounds and infected areas
• May not be for people with circulatory problems
   

Precautions:

• The brace should fit snugly and comfortably without interfering with circulation
• If unusual swelling, skin discoloration or discomfort occurs, use should be discontinued and a healthcare professional consulted
   

Care and Cleaning:

• Fasten closures
• Hand wash fabric in cold water and mild soap
• Rinse thoroughly
• Allow to air dry at room temperature
• Be sure brace is completely dry before replacing hinges and reapplying brace
• Do not use ointments or oils under the brace
• Do not dry clean or expose to heat or sunlight for extended periods of time
   

Instructions for use:

• With wider end up and strap open, pull support into position over knee
• Center cut-out area over patella and center stays along joint line
• Fasten strap for positioning and support
