Rolyan Aluminum Finger Splint

I recently got my hand caught in a table saw ad it chewed up two of my fingers. _x000D_ _x000D_ The emergency room sewed me up and wrapped the fingers and then put this finger splint material over the fingers to protect the injured area. It is acting more as a "bumper" than a splint, and I am finding that even three weeks after my accident, I need to keep these on to protect my injuries._x000D_ _x000D_ This material is a great idea! I'm already thinking about other non-medical uses in my workshop. _x000D_ _x000D_ I'm an engineer and love to see simple ideas like this.
